Lead Lottery Solutions Analyst - Remote

Key Responsibilities...

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our current clientele while also driving new business initiatives for our Lottery Solutions team. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering effective and relevant lottery solutions and services, employing best practices in methodology. Specific duties include:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert in lottery modernization and procurement optimization, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our offerings to clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic and tactical support for lottery processes.
  • Customizing presentations to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress to management and stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the creation of statements of work (SOWs) and collaborating with clients on sales-related activities.
  • Acting as a liaison among internal cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Making informed and timely decisions, even in the face of limited data.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications...

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a lottery development role is essential.
  • At least two (2) years of experience within the lottery industry is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations to senior-level clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a background in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, address objections, and negotiate effectively.
  • Strategic thinking skills for navigating complex challenges and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and detail.
  • Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.

Additional Information:

  • This position is remote.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-20% is required.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
