Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that showcase our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional dishes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Food Safety: Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, and that our staff are trained to maintain these standards.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Culinary Skills: Proven ability to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
