About the RoleKey Responsibilities

As a Solutions Specialist, you will design, develop, test, and implement integrations for our customers.

You can expect to:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Bridgit Bench, our customers, their data workflows, and the key problems they are trying to solve with integrations.
  • Gather requirements, outline field mappings, build, troubleshoot, and test integrations with multiple partner systems.
  • Work directly with customers to develop integration solutions based on their tech stack and workflows.
  • Document and maintain existing integrations to ensure they are up to date and evolve with our product.
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers in data, automation, software solutions, and Bridgit Bench.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on API enhancements.
  • Support new automation initiatives to help the team scale.

What We're Looking For

Current and future Bridgit team members embody these core values:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in SaaS in a customer-facing or technical role.
  • You have 2+ years of experience working with at least one iPaaS (e.g.).
  • You are able to work with large, complex data sets, drawing insights and making connections.
  • You understand REST APIs, iPaaS, and the SaaS industry as a whole.
  • You have experience assisting customers in overcoming technical challenges.
  • You have the desire to advance in software development skills.
  • You enjoy learning new technologies and solving problems.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
