As a Solutions Specialist, you will design, develop, test, and implement integrations for our customers.
You can expect to:
- Develop a deep understanding of Bridgit Bench, our customers, their data workflows, and the key problems they are trying to solve with integrations.
- Gather requirements, outline field mappings, build, troubleshoot, and test integrations with multiple partner systems.
- Work directly with customers to develop integration solutions based on their tech stack and workflows.
- Document and maintain existing integrations to ensure they are up to date and evolve with our product.
- Be a trusted advisor to our customers in data, automation, software solutions, and Bridgit Bench.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on API enhancements.
- Support new automation initiatives to help the team scale.
- You must be self-driven and committed to continuous learning as our product and customer needs evolve rapidly.
- You should possess creative problem-solving skills, resulting in practical and innovative solutions.
- You should have excellent communication skills, able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- You should have a curious mindset and agile approach, able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Current and future Bridgit team members embody these core values:
- You have 5+ years of experience working in SaaS in a customer-facing or technical role.
- You have 2+ years of experience working with at least one iPaaS (e.g.).
- You are able to work with large, complex data sets, drawing insights and making connections.
- You understand REST APIs, iPaaS, and the SaaS industry as a whole.
- You have experience assisting customers in overcoming technical challenges.
- You have the desire to advance in software development skills.
- You enjoy learning new technologies and solving problems.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
