Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing them with the best possible solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide them with product information and pricing
- Provide a high level of customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
- Proficient in French language (written and spoken)
