Are you looking to launch a career in business and sales? EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Sales Development Program.

The Sales Development Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and business development role. Through a structured 5-phase program, you will learn every aspect of our business, from shipping and receiving to sales, operations, purchasing, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in warehouse logistics and learn about our products and sales support

• Engage in counter sales, customer service, order management, and inventory control

• Develop skills in inside sales, including order processing, quoting, and customer follow-up

• Learn outside sales and account management, including finding new business opportunities and building customer relationships

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education preferred

• Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision

• Sales background preferred

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Valid driver's license with clean abstract
