Fix Network is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our inspired talent acquisition team. As a key leader in shaping the future of our organization, you will guide a dedicated recruitment team in crafting, implementing, and refining our recruitment strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage talent pipelines and create strategies for retention and development
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and talent acquisition performance

**Key Performance Indicators**

  • Identifying staffing needs and sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing vendor relationships and skilled labour immigration
  • Assessing recruitment standards and best practices
  • Projecting annual recruitment budgets

**Leadership Expectations**

  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand on all platforms
  • Ensure the company's online presence effectively communicates the company culture and values
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team

**Requirements**

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or other appropriate field
  • English is a must, French and Spanish (written and spoken) is considered an asset
  • Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills
  • Good training, coaching, and active listening skills
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and employees

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent
