Job Summary

Nitisha Transport Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and relay messages to team members.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, order office supplies, and perform other administrative duties as required.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
