Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales and operations functions, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful implementation of organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Operational Management: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and ensure the effective management of resources.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Skills: Strong computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate will be required to work at our physical location and will not have the option to work remotely.
