Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
- Solution Design: Identify and design solutions using Microsoft 365 applications to meet business needs and improve efficiency.
- Implementation and Deployment: Coordinate and manage the implementation and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are effectively using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solution designs.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all Microsoft 365 solutions comply with company policies and industry regulations, particularly in relation to data security and privacy.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 Platform (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports.
- Experience with macOS & iOS an asset.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge and competence in operating in an Enterprise ITIL environment.
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum and sprints.
- Strong knowledge of productivity applications especially within the Microsoft 365 suite including:
- Microsoft 365 licensing
- Microsoft Entra
- Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
- Exchange (Exchange Online and Exchange On-premise)
- Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Apps for Enterprise)
