Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

Corpay is seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our PayByPhone team in Vancouver, Canada.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized IT Systems Analyst to support our Corporate IT team in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Corporate IT team to identify and resolve technical issues affecting employee productivity and security.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for managing technology assets, including licenses and hardware.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to document and improve current processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, network, A/V boardrooms, printers, and SIP telephones.
  • Administer and troubleshoot in mixed Windows and Mac environments.
  • Identify pain points in processes and develop solutions to reduce technical debt.
  • Lead initiatives from start to finish, documenting and managing projects, and collaborating with others on larger initiatives.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac systems, using modern deployment strategies and MDM device management solutions.
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory, configuring accounts, groups, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of OneLogin, Okta, Microsoft 365 Suite, G-Suite, and experience administrating hybrid Microsoft 365 environments, including Azure AD, Exchange Online.
  • Experience setting up and migrating devices into Microsoft Intune and Apple Deployment programs.
  • Knowledge of Linux-based servers, programming, or scripting is an asset.
