Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior CRM Consultant to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including the full stack, and a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with our development team to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Developing and maintaining a platform roadmap to ensure our CRM solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Customizing the system to meet the business needs of our clients.
- Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
- Managing deployment and provisioning activities.
- Leading a project team of CRM developers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
- At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a strong understanding of the full stack and extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including CRM SDK, plugins, Flow, Apps, and Azure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
- Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Azure).
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience working on an agile development team.
- Local candidates preferred; candidates must reside in Canada and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Required language: English; excellent written and spoken English required.
