Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior CRM Consultant to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including the full stack, and a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating with our development team to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  2. Developing and maintaining a platform roadmap to ensure our CRM solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  3. Customizing the system to meet the business needs of our clients.
  4. Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
  5. Managing deployment and provisioning activities.
  6. Leading a project team of CRM developers.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
  2. At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a strong understanding of the full stack and extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
  3. Proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including CRM SDK, plugins, Flow, Apps, and Azure.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
  5. Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
  6. Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
  7. Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
Preferred Competency Requirements
  1. Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Azure).
  2. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  3. Experience working on an agile development team.
  4. Local candidates preferred; candidates must reside in Canada and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  5. Required language: English; excellent written and spoken English required.
