Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain a platform roadmap to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  3. Customize the system to meet the business needs of our clients.
  4. Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
  5. Manage deployment and provisioning activities.
  6. Lead a project team of CRM developers.

Requirements

  1. Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related area.
  2. At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, understand the full stack, and have worked extensively with Dynamics 365 CE.
  3. Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including CRM SDK, plugins, Flow, Apps, Azure.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in installing and deploying CRM Organizations.
  5. Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments.
  6. Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
  7. Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
  8. Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

Preferred Competency Requirements

  1. Experience with supporting Microsoft products (SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, Azure).
  2. Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  3. Experience working on an agile development team.
  4. Local candidates preferred; candidate must reside in Canada and must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Language Requirements

English, excellent written and spoken English required.
