Unified Valve Group Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Shop Operations Coordinator to oversee activities at our service branch. This role is pivotal in managing shop floor operations, including pricing strategies and lead time management.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Shop Foreman to coordinate branch operations, ensuring workflow aligns with customer timelines and requests. Engage directly with clients to facilitate service delivery, outline available options, and maintain comprehensive records of services provided. Address and follow up on customer inquiries promptly. Organize client appointments, manage phone communications, and track service records effectively. Source parts, determine pricing, and communicate lead times to customers. Uphold a clean and safe working environment. Identify and report any non-conformance related to UVG products, services, documentation, and processes. Adhere to procurement protocols, ensuring accurate completion of purchase orders, timely receipt of goods in ERP systems, and regular review of open purchase orders to prevent shipment delays. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.Qualifications
Experience with PRV/PSV. Strong technical expertise. Technical certification is advantageous. Unified Technical Valve Training (training can be provided). Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Great Plains and ValveTek is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and stooping. Clear reading and writing skills. Commitment to adhering to Unified Valve Group's Safety Policies and Procedures.
