Order Desk Coordinator for Warehouse Operations

In this position, the Order Desk Coordinator will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues through the appropriate channels. You will be expected to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, gather customer insights, and deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist clients with routine account-related inquiries
  2. Generate sales orders, picking lists, invoices, and transfers
  3. Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  4. Manage phone calls and email correspondence
  5. Organize and sustain promotional and training material storage
  6. Facilitate clear communication among sales, management, and operational teams
  7. Perform additional tasks as required
  8. Engage in year-end inventory assessments.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required
  2. A minimum of three years of customer service experience, particularly in order desk, parts counter, or call center roles
  3. A certificate or diploma in a relevant field is preferred
  4. Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous
  5. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  6. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
  7. Highly adaptable with strong interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse work environment
  8. Effective verbal and written communication skills
  9. Meticulous attention to detail
  10. Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and email
  11. Demonstrated data entry and typing proficiency
