Liquidation Max Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key metrics
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient order fulfillment
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
