RBC PH&N Investment Counsel is recognized as one of Canada's premier boutique investment advisory firms, dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals and small business proprietors. Our team of investment professionals across the nation offers clients discretionary investment management and exclusive access to the expertise of our RBC Wealth Management Services team, which includes highly qualified legal, accounting, and financial planning experts.

As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will assist the Investment Counsellor and other team members in delivering exceptional portfolio maintenance, administration, and service to our high-net-worth clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address, investigate, and resolve all client inquiries and administrative discrepancies.
  • Provide essential support for the administrative functions and duties of the team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of trades.
  • Oversee all facets of account openings and documentation, maintaining client cash flows and balances.
  • Keep meticulous records and files, attending client meetings as necessary.
  • Proactively assist in managing client appointments and scheduled interactions.
  • Stay informed about all RBC Policies & Procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance cross-business relationships.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role within the Investment Sector.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • A university degree.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $41,000 - $65,000, depending on your experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You also have the potential to earn additional compensation through RBC's comprehensive discretionary bonus program, contingent upon business performance and individual goal achievement.
