As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing support services to our clients and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide support services to clients, including education and employment assistance, to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
  • Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of clients to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans.
  • Community Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and organizations to provide referrals and support services to clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
