THE ROLE
We are looking for three dedicated Investment Assistants to join our esteemed team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Investment Advisors with administrative tasks.
- Manage client account documentation and ensure smooth account openings.
- Execute trades in mutual funds, equities, and fixed income.
- Track and initiate account transfers.
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting.
- Coordinate logistics for client meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Engage in client outreach through various communication channels.
- Handle general administrative duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Confident and tactful in client interactions.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on efficiency.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
WHAT WE OFFER
