THE ROLE

We are looking for three dedicated Investment Assistants to join our esteemed team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Investment Advisors with administrative tasks.
  • Manage client account documentation and ensure smooth account openings.
  • Execute trades in mutual funds, equities, and fixed income.
  • Track and initiate account transfers.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Engage in client outreach through various communication channels.
  • Handle general administrative duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Confident and tactful in client interactions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on efficiency.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
