Job Title: Fine Dining Server Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Fine Dining Server Assistant to join our team at Mystic. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert knowledge of food, beverage, wine, and restaurant functions and services to guests.
  • Assist with food running, ensuring plates arrive at the correct table.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter.
  • Communicate effectively with servers and hosts to maximize seating and ensure a smooth service.
  • Practice high levels of floor awareness and clear/clean as required.
  • Ensure condiments are pre-portioned and fridges are stocked with essentials.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation standards, adhering to all food safety standards and systems.
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of waste and recycling.
  • Communicate guest comments and information to servers to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take direction and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and high level of product knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain a professional level of urgency and momentum.
