Sales Team Lead

G. Central Market Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Sales Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
