Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subcity Donair. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Inventory Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare food order summaries for chef
    • Establish work schedules
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Subcity Donair, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
