Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Chief Isaac Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, contracts, and other important documents.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies, and coordinate the flow of information within the team.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
