Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct studies to determine optimal inventory levels and resource utilization
  • Design and implement manufacturing systems to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate and assess industrial facilities to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement programs to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste
  • Plan and design plant layouts and facilities to meet business needs
  • Supervise and lead a team of technicians, analysts, and engineers to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze costs of production and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Design and conduct time studies and work simplification programs to improve efficiency
  • Conduct studies on the reliability and performance of plant facilities to ensure optimal operation
  • Establish and maintain high standards of industrial health and safety and identify and correct hazards
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
  • Strong background in manufacturing systems, optimization, and design
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 35-40 hours per week
  • English language required
