Administrative Assistant Job Description at BORNTOW LOGISTICS
**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at BORNTOW LOGISTICS. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Supervise and coordinate the work of other administrative staff members
* Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency
* Answer and direct telephone calls, and relay messages to relevant personnel
* Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
* Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
**Work Environment**
* Permanent position
* English language required
* 40 hours per week
