About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement innovative design concepts that meet client goals and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Conduct space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishings and equipment, lighting, and color coordination.
  • Coordinate color and material palettes, and incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
  • Prepare and present design concepts, renderings, and 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
