Visual Creative Lead

We are looking for a Visual Creative Lead to join our team at DOXLITE CREATION INC.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement visual strategies to enhance brand recognition and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of design principles and trends. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate tasks with the graphic designer or graphic arts technician team.
  • Determine the most effective mediums and vehicles for communications materials.
  • Prepare detailed plans and estimates for graphic designs and illustrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of production timelines and deadlines.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to discuss project objectives and requirements.
  • Provide guidance on illustrators or photographers to achieve desired visual effects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

The salary for this position is approximately $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
