Job Title: Group Creative Director

As a Group Creative Director at Critical Mass, you will be a key driver of creative excellence, leading large teams to deliver innovative and impactful work that exceeds client expectations. Your expertise in creative direction, team management, and strategic thinking will be essential in shaping the agency's creative vision and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute creative strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Lead and mentor a team of creatives to deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and cultural shifts to inform creative decisions and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a creative director or lead in an agency environment.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to write in a range of voices and styles.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and solutions, with the ability to steer creative outcomes across the full ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of driving creative excellence, innovation, and business growth.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
