As a Senior Creative Director at Critical Mass, you will lead large teams to creative excellence, account growth, project delivery, and talent development. You will be a master storyteller, knowing what sells, showing what delights, and flexing creative limits with ideas that scare and enthrall.

You will be a driving force, maintaining momentum, proactively directing and inspiring your team to achieve and succeed. You will solve problems and overcome challenges with poise and confidence, advocating for your client, your team, and for the agency.

  1. Drive creative discipline, through operational expertise and work to improve a culture of excellence and accountability.
  2. Push ambition and innovation of the work and reshape briefs as necessary.
  3. Lead the team to conceive and develop creative that fulfills the expectation of the brief.
  4. Write clear, compelling copy that supports brief objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  5. Partner with other disciplines to arrive at great insights and build amazing digital solutions.
  6. Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders. Lead and partner with multidisciplinary teams.
  7. Pitch to high-profile senior clients with an understanding of their motivations and objectives.
  8. Integrate with partner agencies and manage collaborations with external parties.
  9. Get work live, overseeing the execution process to ensure creative excellence.
  10. Set and meet expectations for deliverables, estimations, and project plans.
  11. Develop, implement and monitor quality standards across all creative disciplines.
  12. Provide regular team mentorship and constructive feedback.
  13. Develop, monitor, and modify creative department staffing strategies and plans, including team compensation and performance, skills, training, and mentorship.
