Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in designing product solutions that align with our design philosophies and exceed our guests' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop product solutions that meet our design philosophies and exceed our guests' expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of our long-term strategic plan for Women's apparel.
- Collaborate with our Development teams and innovation partnerships to challenge and evolve the way we bring innovative ideas to production.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing products, preferably textile-based, with a specific focus on designing women's product.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in design software, such as CLO3D, Adobe Illustrator, and Gerber.
- Strong knowledge of Arc'teryx products and interest in activities Arc'teryx makes products for.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
