About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team at Pixieset. As a key member of our design team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our core products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of product features and user experiences, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user interface.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to understand product requirements and communicate design concepts and solutions.
  • Develop and deliver the UX vision and solution for one or more of our core products, utilizing and contributing to the design system.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that meet the needs of our users and align with company goals.
  • Contribute strategic thinking to product features and the roadmap, ensuring that design solutions are technically feasible and align with company objectives.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers on the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback to designers to help them improve their designs and their craft.
  • Contribute to and positively shape the design team's culture through collaboration, feedback, and process iteration.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and experience in product design.
  • Experience designing SaaS products for SMB or Consumers, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
  • Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to designers, with a strong business sense and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading the design of complex product features and user experiences, with a strong understanding of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
