Job Overview

CS GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project and Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction with the delivered projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes.
  • Plan, Organize, and drive Steering Committee meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management and/or account management, preferably in the automotive, railway, or aerospace industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) both oral and written.
  • Candidates must be located in Canada.
