About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Strategist to join our team. As a Key Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning growth strategy for Mondelēz International and our customers. This will involve working in partnership with customers to define and execute a strategy that drives growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels, with a focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
  • Execute the strategy for the customer, ensuring the delivery of Joint Customer Business Plans (JCBP).
  • Optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in operations.
  • Manage the overall Mondelez portfolio for a large grocery key account and deliver on volume, revenue, and profit KPIs.
  • Work with the customer business lead to develop and execute business plans and overall strategy to deliver results.
  • Leverage insights to develop and implement trade promotion strategies to maximize growth and improve ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree education, preferred in Business.
  • Minimum 5 years sales prior experience - Consumer Packaged Goods industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage, synthesize, and integrate large amounts of data.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency (French and English).
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Solution-oriented and strong drive for results.
