Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

D.C. Campbell Recycling Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the warehouse, including equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on warehouse operations, including inventory levels, supply chain performance, and team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
