Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

D.C. Campbell Recycling Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Train and develop team members in duties and policies, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful task completion.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and review work, requisition materials and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Environmental Sustainability: Contribute to our company's commitment to environmental sustainability by implementing green practices and reducing waste.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position with 35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
