Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at D.C. Campbell Recycling Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Lead and Train Team Members: Train workers in duties and policies, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Ensure Environmental Sustainability: Participate in duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, aligning with our company's commitment to sustainability.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field

Work Environment: This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
