Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Team Leadership and Training: Train and develop team members in their duties and policies, and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate and review work, requisition materials and supplies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Environmental Sustainability: Contribute to our company's commitment to environmental sustainability by implementing green practices and reducing waste.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
