We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at D.C. Campbell Recycling Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, manage inventory, and optimize warehouse operations.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor warehouse staff on duties, policies, and procedures.
- Work Coordination and Review: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet productivity goals.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
- Fluency in English.
