About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleaning
    • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Supply Management
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Carry and replace linen.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
