About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining areas.

Responsibilities
  • Unload and load dishes, glassware, and utensils into the dishwasher and sanitize them after washing
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans by hand when necessary
  • Restock supplies and condiments in the dining areas
  • Keep the dishroom and surrounding areas clean and organized
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
