About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Load and unload buspans and trays, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements
  • Will train on the job, so no prior experience is necessary.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
