We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Castle Hospitality Group Ltd. o/a Ranchers Castle. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Plateware and Equipment Management: Receive, sort, and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in a manner that is efficient and organized.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Supply Replenishment: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas as needed.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand when necessary.
  • Scouring and Cleaning: Scour pots and pans to remove food residue and stains.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for this position.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
