    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables to a high standard.
    • Carry and replace linen, ensuring that all tables and serving areas are well-stocked and clean.
  • Waste Management
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, ensuring that the kitchen remains clean and free from any odors or pests.
  • General Kitchen Duties
    • Load buspans and trays, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly stored and organized.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly.
    Requirements
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
    • Will train on the job.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • English language proficiency.
