Insurance Audit Analyst Job Description

MT Talent is partnering with a leading insurance provider to source a dynamic Insurance Audit Analyst for a newly created role as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and non-routine audits to assess the quality of the company's services.
  • Collect, review, and interpret audit data to identify issues and trends in policies and procedures, software efficiencies, the performance of employees, and potential risk exposure.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Management team to inform strategic business decisions and changes.
What You'll Need:
  • Post-secondary education in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • RIBO License in good standing.
  • 2 or more years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance.
  • Proven knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting guidelines, coverage options, and various broker channels.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and industry-specific software.
  • Professional and tactful communication skills.
