Senior Insurance Audit Specialist

MT Talent is partnering with a leading insurance provider to source a dynamic Senior Insurance Audit Analyst for a newly created role as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine and non-routine audits to assess the quality of the company's services.
- Collect, review, and interpret audit data to identify issues and trends in policies and procedures, software efficiencies, employee performance, and potential risk exposure.
- Present findings and recommendations to the Management team to inform strategic business decisions.

- Post-secondary education in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- RIBO License in good standing.
- 4+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance, with 3+ years in underwriting, claims, and/or auditing/QA.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, including underwriting guidelines, coverage options, and broker channels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
