Job Description

Overview

Forest View Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development department, you will be responsible for creating demand for our services through effective marketing and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve maximum market penetration among assigned accounts and identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing referral sources and identify new ones to expand our network.
  • Conduct facility tours and presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing our services and expertise.
  • Monitor referral inquiries and admissions statistics, analyzing data to inform sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform business development planning.
  • Utilize proprietary reports to track sales activity and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to achieve departmental and facility goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience, with 5-8 years preferred.
  • Demonstrated business development concepts, sales abilities, and knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Competency in computer usage and Microsoft Office suite.
