Job Summary

As a Human Resources Associate at CB Canada, you will play a vital role in providing local HR support to our geographies. This role requires close physical proximity to our business operations and covers one to multiple locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition activities, including posting job openings, creating job requisitions, and promoting our referral program.
  • Manage employee concerns and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional image is maintained.
  • Support our internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and communication.


Requirements:

  • Completion of a Human Resources Management program or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and convey a positive image to customers.
  • Knowledge of local employment and regulatory laws is an asset.
