Position Overview:
RBR Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist on a 6-month contract basis. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who excels in dynamic environments and is eager to contribute to talent acquisition, enhance employee experiences, and engage in ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    Manage recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions as required. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, facilitating their swift integration into the company, and oversee efficient off-boarding procedures.
  • General HR Functions:
    Engage in immigration processes, develop policies and procedures, conduct compensation and performance reviews, and promote learning and development while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • HR Administration:
    Execute various administrative duties, including maintaining employee records, managing the HR Information System (HRIS), organizing training initiatives, and supporting benefits administration. Identify opportunities for optimization and assist in implementing enhancements, including drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR support. Exceptional communication skills are essential, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels and tailor written communication to diverse audiences. A college certificate or university degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

Skills & Attributes:
Candidates should demonstrate agility under pressure and remain composed when adapting to changing priorities. Strong project management capabilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are crucial. A commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about the latest HR trends and practices is expected. Familiarity with compensation or immigration processes is advantageous. HR certifications (such as CHRP) or additional relevant credentials are preferred. Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence, ADP, Google Suite, MacOS, ATS (Recruitee), and Generative AI is beneficial.
