Houston Landscapes LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the daily operations of our landscaping team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in grounds maintenance and landscape construction, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of projects.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Landscape Construction: Plan and estimate labour and materials for landscape construction projects, including deck and wall construction.
  • Equipment and Machinery: Operate and maintain pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, and tractors.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 16-20 people.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in grounds maintenance and landscape construction.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, and team player skills.
