Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Bow Food Convenience Store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet sales targets and customer service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, team player, dependable, and ability to multitask.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
