Program Highlights- Gain essential insights into sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning

- Relocation required for training period and placement into Assistant Branch Manager position upon successful completion
- Develop branch market plan based on market conditions, branch mission, and financial objectives
- Implement business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
- Build knowledge of products to ensure effective customer recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Verify customer orders and transactions accurately
- Maintain branch inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Support employee training, development, and performance management
- Respond to customer and employee complaints
- Assist in determining staffing needs and developing work schedules
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the development program
- Must be willing to relocate for this position, if required
- Willingness to relocate upon completion of the development program
- Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Management, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
- Have previous experience working in a team-oriented setting
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a leadership role or supervising others
